Should I transfer my internet cafe business to another location because the rent is too high?

We are in our fourth month operation in the internet cafe. Should I transfer to another location with lower monthly rent because our rent is too expensive even if we have a one year leasing contract with the building owner? But to transfer is also costly because we have to pay the two months deposit and one month advance. Aside from this we have to spend for another renovation when we transfer to another business address. What would be the best thing to do?
